Tuina Massage Training for Community Health Workers | INAM Philippines x Sorsogon Social Action Foundation

INAM Philippines, in partnership with the Sorsogon Social Action Foundation, Inc. (SSAFI), conducted a Tuina Massage Training for Community Health Workers (CHWs) from the Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs) of the Diocese of Sorsogon.

Facilitated by Nards and Lito from INAM Philippines, the training focused on equipping participants with essential Tuina therapeutic massage techniques rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Participants learned how to:

• Apply Tuina techniques for pain relief and relaxation
• Promote natural healing and energy balance
• Integrate holistic wellness practices into community-based health programs

This activity is part of INAM’s ongoing effort to strengthen community-based healthcare through skills development and integrative healing education.
